Peacemaking Process In this environment, all of the issues (known and unknown) can be addressed by all parties in a way that is designed to accomplish resolution in a nonjudgmental manner. In Peacemaking the parties are not separated. They are encouraged to take part in an honest, heartfelt exchange which may lead them to a compassionate understanding of where they are and where the other party is to allow them to find their own solutions. The participants are encouraged to bring whatever support they need to assist them in the process such as lawyers, accountants and spiritual advisors.
